Skit: Lost Pet
Students practice and perform a 2 person skit where a frantic person comes running into the RSPCA office desperately trying to find a missing pet. The officers try to help the owner as s/he describes the pet.
Model Dialogue
Ow: Owner Of: Officer
Ow: すみませーん。すみませーん！
Of: はい、こんにちは。
Ow: あの、わたしのペットがいません。ああ・・・。 (Sobs)
Of: ペットはいぬですか、ねこですか。
Ow: いぬです。いぬ・・・。 (Sobs)
Of: なにいろですか。
Ow: ＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿です。 (Sobs)
Of: なんさいですか。
Ow: ＿＿＿＿さいです。ああ・・・。 (Sobs more)
Of: だいじょうぶですか。いぬのなまえは？
Ow: クールちゃんです。ああ、クールちゃん・・・。 (Wailing)
Of: クールちゃんは、どんないぬですか。
Ow: はい、みみがおおきいです。
＿＿＿＿＿＿が＿＿＿＿＿＿です。かわいいです。
ああ、クールちゃん。 (Collapses in despair)
Of: だいじょうぶですか。(Picks up one of the dogs kept there)
このいぬですか。
Ow: いいえ、もっとかわいいです！
Of: (Picks up another dog) じゃあ、このいぬですか。
Ow: はい！ああ、クールちゃん！ (Hugs the dog tightly)
Of: よかったよかった。
Ow: ありがとう！
Dog: くるしい・・・。
